I don’t like this album nearly as much as his last release, Born Sinner, but that’s not to say it’s not a good album on its own. It has its moments and there are some songs I really like (“Wet Dreamz” for example), but as a whole, I think 2014 Forest Hills Drive doesn’t measure up. That being said, this album still outclasses 95% of the hip-hop being released today, so it’s still worth your time. If Born Sinner is an 8, knock this one down a notch and call it a 7.
